A. ENROLLMENT
- Enrollment is on a first-come-first serve basis. Old pupils are not guaranteed slots unless they indicate intention to enroll in the Year End Feedback Form.
- Prospective enrollees must:
- Submit to institutional interview/evaluation by the Headmaster or a designate.
- Take the Skills Baseline Test (SBT) as scheduled. The SBT is designed to provide information regarding competencies the enrollee already mastered or those that need more attention during the school year.
- Inform the school if the child is undergoing any form of therapy or intervention (e.g., behavioral, speech or health). This is for the school to be of better address the learning needs of the child.
- Submit all the documents stated in the List of Enrollment Requirements. Only pupils who submit the required documents shall be considered officially enrolled. Those who lack the requirements may be admitted on a provisional status. In the latter’s case, parents must ensure that the requirements are submitted on or before the month of August of the current school year.
- Among the admission credentials to be submitted upon enrollment based on the Manual of Regulations for Private School (2011) or MRPS Sec.121 and Sec.139 are the following:
- Report Card of last grade attended
- Certificate of Course Completion
- Certificate of Transfer Eligibility
- The school may refuse admission of transferees to a certain grade level in case the pupil’s previous school does not have a Government Permit covering the preceding level.
- Parents and guardians shall submit the required supplies enumerated in the Starter Kit such as, but not limited to, crayons, pencils, bond papers, soap and alcohol during the Meet and Greet schedule – NOT on the first day of classes.
- Only officially enrolled pupils can attend classes. Pupils on provisional enrollment status may be allowed to attend classes upon the approval of the Director.
